Service Coordinator

NuQuest/Bridge Pointe offers a variety of services to the Workers’ Compensation insurance industry related to compliance with a federal regulation known as the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute. This industry is exploding with opportunity and potential for growth.

This position requires a professional, assertive and enthusiastic person who can articulate NuQuest/Bridge Pointe's value. This candidate must have a minimum of 2 years workers' compensation industry experience as an adjuster, adjuster assistant, paralegal or legal assistant.
  • The Service Coordinator works with the Referring Party, Medical Cost Projection Specialists, designated attorneys, and appropriate governing agencies to manage the flow and completion of open files referred for Medicare set aside allocation services and ensures timely completion of process tasks
  • Screens and analyzes new referrals in order to provide case by case consultation to the referring party on industry requirements
  • Assists in obtaining releases, medical records, pay histories and other material necessary for the services requested
  • Coordinate with Medical Cost Projection Specialist for completion of requested services
  • Completes and sends correspondence to injured workers, attorneys, carriers, Social Security Administration and The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
  • Maintains working diary of assigned tasks
  • Updates company database per workflow specifications
