Customer Service
A key, and unique feature of the NuQuest/Bridge Pointe MSP Compliance program is our "Service Coordination" approach to file management and customer service. Each referral received from our customers is assigned to a dedicated Service Coordinator who provides “one on one” claims handling from the day the referral is received through its closure.
Our dedicated Service Coordinators direct and coordinate all activities necessary to complete the requested services, from referral intake to addressing all necessary matters with CMS. Each Service Coordinator is highly trained and educated on MSP Compliance and provides MSP compliance education and recommendations as needed throughout the process.
This Service Coordination approach provides customers with a highly personalized, orderly and customized form of customer service, simplifying the compliance process and allowing the Service Coordinators to keep customers abreast of all key developments on their files.
Service Coordinators are available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 7 pm Eastern Time, to assist you with making a new referral, providing updates on existing referrals and to answer any MSP Compliance related questions that you may have.
