Convenience

NuQuest/Bridge Pointe understands that the busy schedules and heavy workloads of our customers creates the need for convenience in making new referrals, getting updates on existing referrals and sending necessary documentation to NuQuest, among other things.  Here are just some of the many conveniences our customers experience as a result of our technology:

  • On-line referral capabilities via secure, password protected website, NQBP Connect ®
  • Document upload feature allowing you to send documents immediately and securely to NuQuest/Bridge Pointe at any time
  • Ability to view the electronic file for each case referred including
    • A date stamped referral checklist allowing you to track the status of your referral and the date each key step was completed
    • Completed MSA allocation and CMS submission reports
  • A date stamped referral checklist allowing you to track the status of your referral and the date each key step was completed
  • Completed MSA allocation and CMS submission reports
  • Real time e-mail notifications regarding key events
  • Supervisor access to designated team member files, if desired.

Efficiency

Utilization of NQBP Connect ®  and our Quality Assurance Program allow NuQuest/Bridge Pointe to provide MSA allocation and CMS submission services within 1-10 business days.  Our standard service turnaround times include the following:

  • MSA allocations: 10 business day
  • Rush reports: within 1-5 business days, as requested by the customer
  • Submissions to CMS for approval: 5 business days

Customization

NuQuest/Bridge Pointe understands that each customer has unique and different needs with respect to meeting their MSP obligations.  To meet this reality, we have developed an internal“Customer Special Handling”   database enabling us to incorporate each of our customer’s specific file handling requirements and preferences which are strictly adhered to by our professionals in the completion of referred assignments.

NQBP Connect ®  is continuously upgraded by our in-house programmers and our network engineer who also make immediate changes to the application as needed per customer requirements, CMS policy changes and internal product and process innovation.
